LAUSITZ, Germany - The Red Bull Air Race's fourth and final training session will take place at 2 pm on Friday after the cancellation of the third training session before the weekend's 2010 season finale.
The decision to cancel the third training session on Friday morning was made out of respect following the loss of a long-standing member of the aviation crew, who was involved in a fatal motor vehicle accident outside the event precinct after duty hours last night.
The Red Bull Air Race championship will be decided at the weekend starting with Qualifying on Saturday, where one championship point is up for grabs, and the race on Sunday, where the winner will get 12 points.
