PERTH, Australia - On 17 – 18 April 2010, the world’s best pilots will once again return to the shores and skies of the iconic Swan River in Perth, Western Australia for the Australian leg of the exhilarating 2010 Red Bull Air Race World Championship. This will be the race’s fourth visit to Perth, putting the city and Australia on the world stage. Qualifying will take place on Saturday, 17 April and Race Day on 18 April.
In 2010, the Red Bull Air Race will be a fully ticketed event with a wide range of ticket options and hospitality packages to choose from. Spectators will have the opportunity to experience premium viewing on the South Perth foreshore at Sir James Mitchell Park. The ticketed area will include multiple large screens displaying live flying action and commentary from the cockpits. This area will also provide quality food vendors, ample restroom facilities, merchandise outlets and all tickets will include complimentary public transport to and from the event.
