Results: Training 1 from Rovinj

All eyes to the sky as the action gets underway in Croatia

Ivanoff slices a pylon in Rovinj training

First flights complete and the results are in... Britain's Paul Bonhomme set the pace today posting 53.471 in training, followed closely by Matt Hall of Australia and Martin Sonka of the Czech Republic.

The return to Rovinj will undoubtedly provide an exciting battleground for the third round of the 2015 World Championship, with last year's winner Hannes Arch looking to get a second top podium finish in the race. Bonhomme, who is leading the overall standings with back-to-back wins so far in 2015, says he's taking a new strategic approach after failing to defend his double title in 2014.

Further training sessions will take place tomorrow (Friday) in Rovinj from 1000 local time, starting with the Challenger Cup pilots.
