How do I get there?
You get to the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg via the S36 Murtal Schnellstraße taking the exits Knittelfeld West, Zeltweg Ost or Zeltweg West. Please make sure you follow the road signs on the S36 and also the other roads. If you can't take these exits due to traffic jams or other traffic problems, please follow the guidance of the traffic officers who will direct you to the nearest parking areas. Make sure you remember the number of your parking lot, indicated at the entrance of each car park.
Is there a shuttle service from the train station available?
There is no shuttle service, but you can get to the Red Bull Ring by public transport.
Where do I park my car?
There are several car parks close to the Red Bull Ring. Please make sure you follow the road signs on the S36 and the other roads, and also follow the instructions of the traffic officer. You will be guided to the nearest parking area.
Do I have to pay for parking?
The fee for parking is 5 Euros for cars/day and 50 Euros for buses/day.
How do I get to the parking areas for disabled visitors? Where are they located?
These dedicated parking areas are located directly in front of the main entrance of the voestalpine wing. They are marked on this map.
Are there parking spots for motorcycles? Where are they located?
Motorcycles can be parked in the area of the Race Airport.
Is it possible to book a parking space in advance?
Sorry, but there's no advance reservation possible.

Can I get a raincoat on site?
Raincoats will be distributed free of charge.

Umbrellas are allowed at the venue, but please be careful on the grandstands. It's better to put on a raincoat instead of using an umbrella so everybody else can see the racing.
Tickets and Admission
Are there still tickets available?
Advance sale has ended but you can still buy tickets on site.
When do the on site cash desks open?
Cash desks are open on Friday between 12pm and 6pm, on Saturday between 8am. and 6pm, and on Sunday between 8am and 2pm.
How can I pay on site?
You can use your credit card (except for Amex & Diners), Maestro bank cards or cash.
When do the doors open each day?
Standing room, stands and activation zone are open from 9am to 7pm on Saturday and Sunday. The hospitality area (Race Club & Sky Lounge) is open from 10am to 6.30pm on Saturday and from 11am to 6.30pm on Sunday. Guests of the hospitality area can enter the activation zone at 9am.
Do I have to bring a printout of my ticket?
Except for tickets that are bought at the event, all admission cards are print@home tickets with a barcode, which you have to print out beforehand.
Is it enough to show the ticket on my phone?
As long as the barcode is easily readable on the display, it is usually possible to scan the ticket on your phone. However, the general policy is to print out your ticket and not to display it on your mobile phone.
Do my children need their own admission ticket?
In the standing area children under the age of 14 do not have to pay, however, you have to request a children's ticket. For each paying adult, there is a maximum of two children that can be taken to the event free of charge. On the grandstands children under the age of 7 do not have to pay (one child for each paying adult). There is no claim for a seat (the child has to sit on the adult's lap). In this case you also have to request a children's ticket. For children between 7 and 14 years, there is a 50% discount.

Are there still camping spots available on site? What about electricity at the campsite? My arrival will be delayed, is it possible to arrive later at the campsite?
You can get all information on camping and reservation at the local camping sites. The online sale of camping site tickets is over, but they are still available at camping sites such as Moitzi.

You can buy merchandise items on site at the fan shop of the Red Bull Ring.
